The word success is a nominalization, a nominalization is a label word that’s frozen in time, in other words a nominalization word is something that cannot be put in a wheel barrow.
Another example of a nominalization is profit. The word profit obviously has its definitive meaning but your own definition of a profit could be different to mine. It could be more or less. Same as love, your definition of love could be different to mine and so on.
The only issue with this is that it leaves it open to interpretation.
Believe me, money will come and go but the one thing we as humans don’t get back in this world (other than a lost loved one) is time. And even that… it’s not them we have lost, it’s the ability to spend time with them. So, it’s important to learn how to de-nominalise these end results and I believe I have come up with that process. How would you like to speed up your success?
That process of success is called The MEA Method.
The MEA Method is a method to getting things done. It’s the way of doing the process of de nominalising.
M – stands for Mindset (Lessons learnt and emotional intelligence)
E – stands for Education (Skills and knowledge)
A – stands for Action (Implementation)

The MEA Method states that you need to get MEA right (internally) before you can get anything else right on the outside.
Think about it, can you do anything right without one of these elements? You could have the right education and you could be an action taker but if you don’t have the right mindset you might not be happy… Have you ever met someone regardless of their success they still weren’t happy?
You could take action and have the right mindset but if you don’t have the right education you might fall in the trial-and-error trap… I wonder if you’ve ever met anyone like that before.
And finally, you could have the right mindset, the right education but without any implementation… you know where this is going. Have you ever met anyone that studied for years but never applied what they actually knew?
When you look at most people, they start a process from the outside in of this diagram but spend most of their time stuck in the first area either procrastinating or not thinking they can do it. Then they finally learn the skills necessary and years later might take action.
When you look at successful people, they do this from the inside out. They take action first; they learn the skills and knowledge on the way and then they learn the lessons necessary that allows them to grow and start the whole cycle again.
Step 1 – Decide on what you want, get specific and take action
Step 2 – Learn what you need to learn to be able to get what you want
Step 3 – Learn the lessons required to move you forward
The best time do anything is now, right NOW. Because that’s all we have to work with. If we think of the future, we can only do that now, If we think of the past we can only do that now. Even if we say now… it’s already in the past. Now is a micro space of time and that’s where real change happens.
The fact is, you won’t know until you actually do something. Take ACTION!
